Each Solliman product is handcrafted with care, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- We offer a 14-day exchange policy in case of any manufacturing defect.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We offer a 1-year free repair service for any issues related to the string or silver parts.
- If any part is lost (such as beads, tassels, or silver elements), we’ll gladly replace it — you’ll only need to cover the cost of the replacement.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or for natural variations in stone color and texture — these are considered part of the beauty of handcrafted work.
